Payments: A 50% deposit is due upon making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your arrival. If the deposit or balance is not received according to this policy, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
We accept all major credit cards and electronic checks.
Security Deposit: We require a Security Deposit. Upon arrival, guest must have a Major Credit Card in order to check-in. The security deposit (on hold) will only be processed if it is deemed that damage was done to the property during the reserved stay by guest(s) and will be used for repairs or excessive housekeeping liability if all property is not left as required. There will be and an additional security deposit of $250 per pet.
Cancellations: A refund on a Rental Deposit amount can be made only if the unit is re-rented for your reservation period. Refunds will be subject to a 15% service charge on the total rental fee to defer costs of re-renting the residence and credit card processing fees. If cancellation occurs within 3 months prior to the beginning of the rental period, all refunds will be subject to a 20% service charge on the total rental fee for the period of your reservation only if the unit is re-rented for your reservation period. The Landlords shall have the right to retain the initial deposit and any subsequent payments according to this policy.
Reservation changes can be made under certain circumstances within a 12 month period from the initial rental date and are made at the Landlord's discretion.
