The Patterson House is a 3 level home that boasts 5000 square feet of living space capable of handling very large groups for special events or a weekend group get away.

The master suite is on the top floor of the Patterson House features a large king bed and full bath. The view from the large picture window is amazing.  Plenty of room to spread out.

 On the main level there is a full sized kitchen that is fully equipped, with plenty of space for meal preparation. Appliances include a double oven, range top, and dishwasher. There is a large living area with a big screen TV and wood burning stove.  Also, enjoy relaxing the sun room with a book or just bask in the warmth and the view.  There are two bedrooms on the main floor, a queen with a full bath and a bedroom with two singles and a sitting porch. On the patio you will find a gas grill and seating for 12 for an outdoor meal.  The patio also boasts a beautiful view of a 40 acre field, a pond, several barns and wildlife. 

The patio level features 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds.  The kitchenette is perfectly sized, fully equipped, with plenty of space for meal preparation.  On the patio you will find a beautiful view of a 10 acre field and the Meadow River gorge.
