Event prices are for up to 100 guests, there is an $8 charge for each additional guest up to 200 guests.

​We hold only one event at a time, allowing us to focus on you and your event! No distractions, just you and your event.


Facilities included: 9am till midnight
  • Reception Hall - 3200 sq ft (40 x 80) modern barn reception area with restrooms and changing room. 
  • Ceremony Site - Your choice of the cliff top ceremony site overlooking the Meadow & Gauley rivers or rustic barn ceremony site and just in case of uncooperative weather, our new elegant  covered timber frame rainy day ceremony site!
  • Party Equiptment - Tables, chairs, linens, stage, bar,  & lighting
  • Cocktail Area - Open air cocktail and bar area

​Vendors & Bar
  • You can use any vendor you like at our venue. No vendor fees! 
  • You can bring in your own beverages.
  • Select any caterer, they all have their specialties.
  • Choose any DJ or Florist you like.

Upgrades

​Make it a desitination wedding
Add on site lodging in our Luxury Cabins. We offer special rates and lodging blocks to our event clients!!

Rehearsal Night & Reception Upgrade
$750

Book us for the day before and hold a ceremony rehearsal on-site and a relaxed rehearsal celebration at our barn and pavilion party area.

​You'll also have plenty of extra time to decorate if you plan to DIY.

Rental period begins at 9am the day before your event.

Shuttle Service 
$100/hr  - 4 hr min

We have partnered with Hills to Hills Shuttle Service to provide our guests with a variety of options regarding guest shuttle to and from local lodging facilities and travel hubs.

These services are quoted on an individual basis.

Sunday Brunch Upgrade

Book us for the day after your event for a goodbye brunch gathering for your wedding guests in the modern barn reception area.

Rental period begins at 9am and ends at 5pm the day following your event.

 Catering Services
​Quoted Individually by Preferred Vendor

We are happy to work with to select one of our preferred catering partners. These folks have worked at our unique venue before and have provided excellent food and service.

​We do allow you to select an outside vendor if you would prefer.

Bachelorette Party Upgrade
$600

Have a  girls weekend in one of the private luxurious cabins over looking the Meadow River Canyon.

Our cabins feature luxury furnishing, wood burning fireplaces and hot tubs.

We offer this upgrade for weekends from November thru April.

Includes 2 nights lodging.
Check in on Friday afternoon and stay through Sunday, plenty of time to relax, celebrate and reconnect.


Floral & Decoration Services
Quoted Individually by Preferred Vendor

We work with one of the best florists on the east coast.  They can accommodate just about any request so that your flowers are perfect.

Decoration services can also be arranged if you would prefer to have a professional decorate so that you can sit back and relax.
