Reservation Policies:
A 50% deposit is required within 14 days (2 weeks) of making the reservation. The balance is due 21 days (3 weeks) prior to your arrival.  If the deposit or balance is not received according to this policy, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Payments:
Upon making a reservation, we will provide you with confirmation letter and will hold your reservation for 14 days. During this time we need to receive your deposit of half of the total price. If the deposit is not received on time, your reservation may be cancelled.

The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before your first rental night.

Security Deposit:
We require a Security Deposit in the amount of $500.00. Upon arrival, guest must have a Major Credit in order to check-in.  The security deposit will only be processed if it is deemed that damage was done to the property during the reserved stay by guest(s) for repairs or excessive housekeeping if property is not left as required.  

Cancellations:
A refund on a cancellation can be made only if the unit is re-rented for your reservation period and a 20% service charge will be applied on the total rental fee for the period of your reservation. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, all refunds will be subject to a 50% service charge on the total rental fee for the period of your reservation only if the unit is re-rented for your reservation period.  If you cancel with in 7 days and the unit is not re-rented, there is no refund.
