- Reception Hall - 3200 sq ft (40 x 80) modern concept indoor/outdoor reception area with restrooms and changing room. Any 8 hour time block, 3 hours for setup and clean up, 1 hours for your ceremony, & 4 hours to celebrate.
- Ceremony Site - Cliff top ceremony site overlooking the Meadow & Gauley rivers and just in case of uncooperative weather, our new elegant covered timber frame rainy day ceremony site!
- Party Equiptment - Tables, chairs, linens, stage, & bluetooth sound system
- Cocktail Area - Open air cocktail and bar area

- You can use any vendor you like at our venue. No vendor fees!
