The Patterson Master Suite 2 floors of a 3 floor duplex home that has 2500 square feet of private living space capable of handling large groups. The Master Bedroom is located on the top floor of the house and features a King sized pillow top and a luxurious designer master bath. The main floor features 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds. There is a sun room that overlooks the back yard with 2 futons that can also accommodate the roll-away beds. Also on the main floor there is a full sized modern kitchen, large dining area,& large living area with wood stove and large screen TV. On the patio you will find a gas grill and seating for 10 for an outdoor meal. The patio also boasts a beautiful view of the pond, barn and hay fields. Note - During the event season, there may be a large party tent located in the front yard. |
