The Patterson Clubhouse
Our Patterson Clubhouse is included in our wedding programs. In our base pacakge you get the use of the house for the "day of", the rental period is from 9am to midnight. You will have 3 changing rooms with bathrooms, a large kitchen, with a dining room, sun room, and living area in which to entertian your guests. Our Party tent is placed directly in front of the clubhouse.
If you would like to make your wedding a destination event, The clubhouse can be rented on a nightly basis as well. This option provides for a more relaxed approach to your event by adding additional time to your event along with lodging for up to 8 overnight guests.
Each of the three changing rooms double as overnight accomodations. There is a King master suite , a Queen in the second bedroom, 2 Singles in the third bedroom, and 2 Futons in the sunroom. We provide towels and linens to make it simple.
The master suite is on the top floor of the Patterson House and features a large king size bed and full bath. The view from the large picture window is amazing. Plenty of room to spread out.
On the main level there is a full sized modern kitchen that is fully equipped, with plenty of space for meal preparation. Appliances include a double oven, range top, and dishwasher. There is a large living area with a 47" HD flat screen TV and wood burning stove. Also, enjoy relaxing in the sun room with a book or just bask in the warmth and the view. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, a queen with a full bath and a bedroom with two singles and a sitting porch.
On the patio you will find covered portico area for entertaing and seating for 18 for an outdoor meal. The patio also boasts a beautiful view of a 40 acre open field, a pond, several barns and various wildlife. As a bonus there is a large picnic pavilion and big fire pit near the pond and barn that are just down the hill from the house.
